The Company
Our client is a well-established independent electrical wholesaler, supplying electrical contractors and engineers, installers, facilities managers and commercial and industrial users with a wide range of electrical products from a range of world-class manufacturers. They are now looking for recruit a Branch Manager to run the branch based in London.
The Role of the Branch Manager: –
* To recruit, motivate and develop your team to achieve success
* To deliver the required sales, margin and profit performance
* To develop specific local initiatives that drive the sales and margin performance and to support the company initiatives and promotions
* To improve standards, ensuring that you have the right stock at the right time to service your customer base.
The Person:
* Branch Manager experience within the electrical wholesale sector is essential.
* Specific Electrical product experience is needed.
* Strong people management skills are essential, with experience of managing teams.
* Strong people and relationship building skills
* Must be financially and commercially astute, with strong analytical skills
* IT literate (MS Word, Excel & Outlook).
