New Build Sales Executive
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £23500 – £40000/annum
Elvet Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for a Sales Executive to join a house building company in Carlisle.
This is a full-time and permanent position.
Responsibilities
* Delivering exceptional customer service.
* Liaising with customers, estate agents, solicitors etc.
* Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
* Maintaining customer database.
* Working to targets and KPI’s and achieving sales targets.
Experience
* Candidates must have experience working in a sales role within the new build industry.
* Excellent customer service experience.
* Personable and well presented.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Self-motivated and ambitious.
Salary £23,500 plus commission
