SALES ENGINEER
ESSEX/HYBRID
£35,000 – £45,000 + 10% Bonus
Our client, in the professional services environment, are looking for a Sales Engineer to join their team. You will carry out technical sales activities across EMC, Radio, Safety and Global Market Access, for the electrical compliance department, with the responsibility of delivering the annual sales budget in collaboration with the Head of Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales Engineer your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering against sales plans and targets, and forecasting expected order levels
* Managing the customers and CRM system from quotation to after sales care
* Building excellent rapport with clients, to deliver an excellent level of customer service
* Key account management and nurturing existing accounts to develop further revenue
* Analysing and informing Head of Sales of market needs, EMC, Radio, Product Safety, Compliance, and Global Market Access
* Selling according to the client's timeframe, budget, and scope
* Being the commercial face of the business unit, maintaining the company’s high standards
* Coordinating across the sales team BD teams to optimize group sales and drive business
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for the Sales Engineer role, you must have:
* Experience within a sales or technical role within EMC/ Radio/ Electrical Safety
* Relevant industry experience or qualifications are desired
* Commercially focussed with strong communication skills and client facing experience
* Experience owning a sales pipeline, conversion, profitability, and CRM approaches (beneficial)
* A full clean UK driving license
* A working knowledge of EMC, Radio, Product Safety, Global compliance standards, UK compliance policies and manufacturing markets
* Great organisation, time management and communication skills
* An enthusiastic, welcoming, and persuasive persona
