INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE
Dudley/Stourbridge
Basic salary £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
This is a exciting opportunity to join a young ambitious and fast growing business that supplies building materials to house builders and architects nationwide Our client offers their clients unprecedented capacity and the widest selection of materials
There will also be an opportunity for an ambitious self-driven sales individual to progress to a Field Sales Executive role
Main duties will include;
* Accepting and managing incoming calls queries and enquiries
* Effectively handling client enquiries generated from the website and also Google Ads Campaigns sending out product samples to potential clients
* Training will be provided to price and generate quotations from enquiries
* Generating new enquiries and business contacting house builders, builders merchants and architects from the company CRM system
* As and when required taking out sample products to clients
The successful candidate will need;
* Minimum of 12 months telesales experience
* Knowledge of the building industry would be advantageous
* Clear, strong telephone manner with excellent listening skills
* Committed to generating new business
* Effective communication skills with clients at all levels
* Ability to work on own initiative but also part of a small busy team
* Ensuring all clients receive first class customer service
* Always going the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction
* Keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy
* Full clean driving license
