Job Description: Business Sales Executive

Location: Glasgow City Centre

Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus excellent benefits

Job Summary: As a Telesales B2B Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for the company. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, build strong relationships by generating appointments for HR & Health and Safety packages . By employing effective sales strategies, you will identify clients needs and secure new business partnerships.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound prospecting calls to identify potential B2B customers within the designated market.

* Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand clients needs and provide tailored solutions.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers by understanding their business challenges.

* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by consistently delivering exceptional sales results.

* Effectively manage the sales pipeline, accurately updating CRM systems and providing regular progress reports to the sales manager.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in B2B/B2C telesales or outbound sales is highly desirable.

* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a target-driven environment.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

* Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

* A positive attitude, resilience, and a desire to continuously learn and improve sales skills.
