Sales Support Administrator

Salary : £20000 – £35000/annum Depending on experience
Camberley based company specialising in architectural & decorative lighting, stretch ceilings, acoustic products and custom-made solutions require a bright, conscientious and enthusiastic Sales Support Administrator to join their existing team.
With ambitious company growth plans, this is a great opportunity to grow with the company as they take the business to the next level. Continued growth has created the need for an experienced customer service administrator to provide the sales team and valued customers with excellent support. Reporting to the Sales Director and working with a dynamic and motivated team, this is a pivotal role and you will be instrumental in supporting the Sales team to go above and beyond to deliver top class customer service.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced customer service administrator used to working in a busy sales office environment, ideally with a product manufacturer (preferably from the lighting/electrical sector with experience of reading drawings). Whilst industry especific experience is preferred, it is not essential. More importantly, having the ability to learn new technical information quickly, and excellent attention to detail is crucial.
Duties will include:
* Take offs from architectural drawings
* Handling enquiries
* Preparing quotations
* Being responsible for follow up calls
* Order processing
* Liaising with a variety of customer groups
* All the above will be using a CRM system.
