HEAD OF SALES – CONSTRUCTION

Salary : £60000 – £80000/annum
We’re property development specialists, based in Berkshire. We focus on immaculate new builds and impressive home extensions. But we also offer a wide range of services – such as pre-planning, loft conversions, and refurbs.
The company seeks a Head of Sales to to take their company to the next level.
As the Head Of Sales, this is what the role will entail :
• Develop and implement business development and sales strategies with the focus of driving company growth.
• Research market trends, identify potential clients, and expand our client base.
•Build and maintain relationships with architects, project developers, and industry professionals.
. Use of Online Construction portal to view and bid for contracts
• Involved in budgeting and forecasting for sales and P&L
Requirements :
•Established in the construction industry
•Experience implementing business development
Excellent understanding of sales matrix and performance management
•Proven experience of increased revenue
•MBA or higher education in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
