Technical Sales Specialist – Metalworking
Our client is a global fortune 500, leading independent supplier of maintenance, repair and operations type products, offering the widest choice to all industries, professions and trades, with over 2,500 staff, with operations worldwide.
Your new role
• Managing a set portfolio of key accounts and providing technical support when required
• Pro actively seeking out new business opportunities within the designated territory
• Maintaining regular contact with key suppliers for technical and commercial support
• Working closely with the internal sales team
• Demonstrating products, services and solutions to current and potential customers
• Maintain good Customer relationships and resolve any problems that arise immediately
What you'll need to succeed
• Experience in working within the Steel/Metalworking/Cutting Tools industry
• Technical knowldge of CNC Machining, Drilling, Milling, Turning, Tapping, Grinding, Hole Making, Threading, Deburring, Precision Boring, Cold Cutting, Hacksaws or Bandsaws
• A hunters mentality
• Previous B2B field sales experience
• Valid UK driving license
