Basic £18000 – £20000 DOE plus uncapped commission – OTE £24000 – £32000
Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm
We are working with an established client based in Telford, they are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Executive to join their fun and competitive team. Working for a business that provide first class training to give you all the skills needed to be successful; you will be working in a busy and energetic sales team environment. This role can offer further career progression, financial incentives, and a friendly team atmosphere.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
* Making around 200 outbound calls per day from a dialler to prospective B2B customers
* Asking questions to find facts and generate sales leads
* Listening to customers’ needs to assist them in finding the best solution
* Building relationships with potential customers
* Handling objections
* Working to achievable targets
Skills and Experience
* Previous sales experience, ideally similar telesales experience
* Strong communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
* Good listening skills and attention to details
* IT literate including use of MS Excel and MS Word
* A pro-active and target driven approach
* Integrity and ability to remain calm in challenging situations
