We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join the team with a proven background within Sales. You will have proven experience in new business, sales and negotiation. To apply for this role, you must be money motivated, driven and confident.
Duties
Using sales, business development and networking in order to attract business from companies
Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates;
Growing, maintaining and developing the database
Working towards daily, weekly and monthly KPI's
Building mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates
Skill Set
A strong and proven track record in Sales/Business Development
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong commercial business acumen
A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
A winning mentality
The ability to overcome objection and be persistent
