Salary : £35000 – £50000/annum bonus, pension and bens

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing innovative and entrepreneurial consumer goods business with offices in the UK and Overseas. They are an exciting and dynamic business and continue to grow with new products coming to market.
As a National Account Manager, you will have Retail sales (one or more of the top 4, discounters etc) experience within FMCG or Consumer Durables and be able to demonstrate working in a customer facing role. Evidence of winning new business and growing existing accounts.
You will have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take direction when needed, be tenacious by nature and enjoy a challenge to overcome objectives and play a key role working across several customers’ accounts to analyse data.
Salary range £35,000 to £50,000 depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits
Candidate
* Proven ability to build relationships with clients, a strong influencer who can deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
* Demonstrate some experience in project management with a background in supply chain would be desirable or a knowledge of the processes.
* Strong commercial financial understanding and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to take direction when needed.
* Excellent MS Office skills, in particular Excel to analyse sales data and deliver sales presentations.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Duties
* You will have full P&L responsibility and be able to manage a budget to maximise profitability.
* Proactively account manage existing relationships to deliver the sales plan.
* Develop new business plans to generate growth, negotiate business terms whilst managing a product portfolio of key customers.
* Able to manage product launches and deliver promotional activity.
* Develop strong relationships internally with key stakeholders.
* Manage a sales forecast, and pricing analysis including reporting.
* Produce customer proposals, create, and deliver engaging customer presentations
