Sales and Account Manager
Working for an award-winning company, who have been given 5* reviews by their clients, our client is growing rapidly and is now expanding across the UK. They are looking for a passionate and ambitious Sales and Account Manager to join their small but busy team. An uncapped commission package is offered.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Seek out new business through various means
* Generate new ideas to enhance performance and identify new opportunities to grow.
* Observe, identify and communicate ways to improve the team, our process and the department.
* To follow up warm leads inbound and outbound calls and website leads
* Use the CRM systems and prepare quotations
* Be an enthusiastic presence at trade shows and events
* Build long-lasting relationships with contract clients
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
* Have the ability to speak to customers from all walks of life
* You should have 3+ years of telephone sales and account management experience.
* Ideally familiarity with the facilities management sector
* Huge drive, ambition and motivation for success
* A problem solver with an outstanding work ethic
* An entrepreneur mindset
Our client will provide:

* An OTE salary of £23,000 – £40,000 p.a
