Salary : £20000 – £24000/annum + commission on ALL orders + bonus

Based in Kettering for a supplier to the construction industry, you will be part of a lively and fast-paced team working on the development and nurturing of existing accounts and the identifying of new ones
With the company having a definitive succession plan, the role is ideal for candidates who have the desire to progress in their sales career and be rewarded accordingly
In addition, the company is offering an excellent starting salary with commission earned on EVERY order. Uncapped too!
We are seeking someone self-motivated and confident ideally with relevant or relatable experience in sales, account management, new business or customer services
Business Development Coordinator
Summary of main responsibilities
* Develop business opportunities with existing customers by providing professional customer service
* Book good quality appointments for the field sales team
* Develop strong, long term relationships with customers
* Follow up all leads generated from marketing activity
* Identify new business opportunities to generate enquiries
* Follow up quotations with key customers such as architects, contractors, local authorities and end users
* Manage quoted projects and pursue through to point of order
* Negotiate and close sales
* Liaise with field sales, technical estimators, customer services and other company personnel
* Ad hoc duties
Full training and support, including for sales skills, will be given to all successful applicants
