Telesales Executive
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £17000 – £22000/annum commission + bonuses
YRT are delighted to be representing our client recruiting for Telesales Executive making cold calls to potential business customers outlining the benefits of using their services. Working in a modern, safe office recently refurbished. Job security working for a successful UK business trading since 1983.
Once you have established yourself as a Telesales Executive you will spend approximately 20% of your time each week managing the customers you have introduced to the company to maximise the business services.
You will be part of a small team of typically 4 other p/t or full time salespeople, headed up by a full time experienced team leader who will be monitoring performance and providing ongoing training, guidance and encouragement to help you succeed.
As a Telesales Executive you will:
* To proactively cold call potential clients
* To succeed you will be determined and sales focused, with a consultative manner
* A proven track record of successful business to business sales
* Self-motivated, results orientated with a positive outlook
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to display empathy
* Able to communicate effectively and in a professional manner
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Strong clerical and organisational skills
* Good numeracy skills
