My client is currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team based in their Dudley office.
This role is pivotal to the success of the business. As we continue to grow financially and expand our team to support that business growth, the time has come to add a Sales Administrator to our team.

This is a role which requires high levels of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure we submit the highest quality Tenders to the most appropriate Business.

On a day-to-day basis, your role will be responsible for:
Supporting the BDM /Project Managers and Directors with administrative support
Assisting with uploading Tender /PQQ documentation
Create and update a tender schedule.
Coordinate collection of tender documents and tender delivery ensuring submissions are made on time.
Assist with key tender milestones and with tender administration processes to ensure they are accurately completed to meet deadlines.
Calling customers and upselling existing products.
Supporting the Operations Team with holiday support covering the Service Inbox and client portal.
Salary £20k
Working hours : 9am to 5pm (Flexible for the right person)

" Previous Tender /PQQ experience
