Job Description:
Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting a dynamic sales team? We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our engineering company on a 6-month contract basis. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and success of our sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing: Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and liaise with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
2. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
3. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer information, both in digital and hard copy formats.
4. Reporting: Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and assist in identifying trends and opportunities to improve sales strategies.
5. Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels, update product availability, and assist with inventory control.
6. Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales administration or a related field.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
