R13 are supporting a brilliant manufacturing business in their search for someone to join their team as a Sales Administrator. This is a varied support focused role that with utilise your admin skills in order to ensure the smooth running of the sales team.
This is a great opportunity for some with previous administrative skills to join a growing business within a hardworking and supportive team.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity, working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. This role is based in offices in West Norfolk. The offered salary for this role is competitive depending on experience.

The Day To Day
* Supporting the smooth running of the sales team, ensuring leads are followed up and all admin tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
* Raising and sending quotes.
* Ensuring accuracy in the data on the CRM system.
* Coordinating visits, booking accommodation/travel and managing expenses.
* Liaising with customers where required by the sales team.
* Running sales reports on a daily, weekly & ad hoc basis.
You will have/be:
* Proven experience in a an administrative position.
* Strong analytical & problem solving skills with a keen eye for the details.
* Great verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office & CRM Systems.
* Confident telephone manner
