Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations.
* Manage and update the internal CRM system with accurate data.
* Coordinate and maintain customer accounts, ensuring excellent service levels.
* Handle incoming inquiries and direct them appropriately.
* Input personal information and record updates accurately onto the system.
Requirements:
* 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Tech-savvy with a good understanding of excel.
* Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support a team environment.
