Salary : £20000 – £24000/annum Plus bonus and pension

We are pleased to be exclusively assisting our long established and successful Crewe based client in recruiting a Sales Administrator.
Duties will involve the following:
1) Account responsibility for circa 60 customers
2) Regular contact with all accounts, ideally by phone
3) Proactive communication with Customers by telephone and email, updating customers on their orders and answering any questions and queries quickly and efficiently.
4) Knowledgeable discussion and good representation when speaking to customers.
5) Working closely with other internal departments to ensure you are up to date with customer information.
6) Maintaining database information to ensure it is up to date and accurately reflects key decisions makers within the account
7) Closely analyse buying patterns to identify accounts that have not purchased, new products that can be promoted to your accounts and enables you to look for new opportunities
8) When promotions are made available you should use your knowledge of your accounts to gain sales
9) Inputting of Customers' orders, although this is not a primary focus you will be required to do this at busy times or when resource is limited due to holidays.
There will a basic salary of between 20-22k plus quarterly bonus, pension and benefits.
Candidates applying for the role should have previous experience with a Sales Administration or Sales Coordination, Telesales or Internal Sales. Candidates should also have knowledge of using a CRM system, be computer literate and be highly organised and proactive.
