Salary : £25000/annum

We are looking for a Sales Administrator for a 3 month contract (possibly longer)
A successful candidate will assist the Sales team in providing administrative information to exceed customer expectations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
* Process customers’ orders and enter onto the ERP system – Accuracy of information from the customer order transferred to our system is vital, to ensure the part numbers, quantity and price are correct.
* Progress orders on the system and update the customer as per the request. This could include trying to improve delivery of a part for the customer.
* Complete customer open order reports and updating the customer with the delivery dates from our ERP system.
* Liaise with the purchasing team to expedite parts.
* Send order confirmations to customers via the ERP system.
* Register customer quotations on the ERP system and send out to the Sales team.
* Update information on a customer sales activity database.
* Liaise with the shipping department to despatch any urgent orders as per customer requests.
* Monitor your email account and respond to customers within 24 hours
What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity?
* Experience with an ERP system is an advantage but not essential
* Must have a good understanding of using Word and Excel.
* Excellent communication skills
* Work to a high level of accuracy
* Experience in Sales Administration preferred but not essential
