Salary : £19000/annum 22 days hols + bhols

An exciting opportunity to work with an established and successful business based in Fleckney. My client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their small and friendly team. This role will be varied and encompass helping out with other areas of the business when required. Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 1 year's office experience looking for the next step in their career. Working knowledge of basic accounts administration would be preferable although full training will be given to the right candidate.
Internal Office Assistant – Job Description
* Invoicing – Suppliers
* Invoicing – Customers
* Supplier Payment Runs
* Expenses
* Credit Card Payments
* Sage/Banking (customer receipts)
* Sage/Banking (supplier payments)
* VAT
* Bank reconciliation
* To answer phone and record enquires directing to correct person/department – developing to being able to process and quote such enquires as technical abilities improve.
* Process orders in, including packing and dispatch – process paperwork as required.
* Process photocopy work as required
* Assist sales engineers as required (including research, obtain quotations from our suppliers etc.) in the production of quotations including typing up and final issue to the sales engineer’s prospect
* To undertake training to allow above duties to be fulfilled in accordance with Flomar standards, so as to allow career progression within Sales/accounts/training.
* To undertake a technical training program to allow the individual to move forward in being able to quote clients requirements
* To attend meetings as directed by the Directors
* Other general duties including – General Housekeeping, preparation of training room for courses including the layout of food and drinks for students, meeting and greeting students and ensuring they are signed in.
Skills and attributes:
* Minimum of 1 year's experience working within an office administration role
* Working knowledge of basic accounts would be preferable – Full training will be given

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 9 am – 5 pm and Friday 9 am – 4 pm -1-hour lunch & 2 x 15min breaks – Some overtime may be required from time to time.
Salary: £19,000 per annum – 22 days holidays + Bhols, Free parking
