Shift Patterns: Days
PAYE Rate: £23,000 – £25,000 p/a
Hours: Mon – Fri 8:30am – 5pm & Saturdays 9.30am-3pm (Saturday shift is worked on a rotational basis, one every month)
We are recruiting for a sales and customer service advisor to work for a well established company in Hinckley, Leicestershire. Unlike other sales offices they are not a large call centre making cold calls, all calls are inbound and from customers that are interested in the product.
You will be part of a friendly team working in a modern, open plan office, downstairs is a newly refurbished showroom.
The Role:
* Responding to leads and inbound calls (don't worry – there's no cold calling!)
* Establishing the customer needs and delivering A* Service from the initial enquiry through to post-delivery.
* Providing visitors to our showroom with peace of mind and a positive experience
* Managing day-to-day activities such as missed calls, live chats and enquiries from our website.
* Working towards financial sales targets and weekly KPI’s
* Making the most of every lead offered to maximum sales
