Sales and Production Controller

We have a fantastic opportunity with a leading international production services company, based near Oxford, who are looking for a highly organised Production Controller to start in January 2023 for a 12 month fixed term contract. Our client provides excellent production and manufacture services for a large number of global clients, and this role will give you the opportunity to work on a wide range of books and products, including illustrated books, novelty, and games.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Managing the print production of a wide range of books, including scheduling, budgeting and coordinating external contributors
Looking after costing and delivery of finished products, providing excellent customer service
Liaising with international suppliers, including printers and distributors
This is a fantastic role for a proactive production Assistant looking to step up into a Controller role and work on an amazing range of titles and formats. Communication and attention to detail are very important, as this role will involve managing multiple project at different stages of production, and coordinating collaborators both internally and externally.
