Due to the phenomenal success we have seen in 2021, we have an amazing opportunity for someone to join our superb sales team at Parkway Volkswagen in Derby. Selling both new and used cars, we are looking for Sales Executives who can bring energy and passion to our dealership. You will be responsible building rapport and delivering exceptional customer service, taking your customers on a journey from initial welcome through to negotiation and close.
Experience isn't necessary, however a degree of flexibility in working hours and the expectation to work most weekends with days off in the week is a must.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to queries from new and existing customers relating to new and used vehicle sales via various mediums including videos
* Guiding customers through their purchase, providing outstanding customer service each and every time
* Meeting individual sales targets by maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities on finance and insurance products and optional extras
* Assisting in ensuring a steady flow of enquiries from multiple channels through prospecting and marketing
* Fully engaging in the Volkswagen training programme
* Maintaining a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options, participating in regular knowledge updates
* Managing the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with all processes, selling Parkway Service plans
* Adherence to Parkway and industry regulations relating to the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance

This is a hugely rewarding role with an uncapped OTE of £55k, however this needs someone who is prepared to go that extra mile for the customers, to respond to leads outside of the normal working hours and they will succeed in a business that builds its foundations on rewarding our best people and promoting from within
