Monday to Friday 7am to 3.30pm, Friday finish at 1pm

Interaction Recruitment are pleased to be working with their Norwich city centre based client who are looking for a self-motivated Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for a sales driven individual to build relationships with a range of international clientèle up to Director/CEO level. This position would suit a confident individual with a passion for business, wanting to be financially rewarded for their success.
Our client looks after their employees well and offers a great working environment. You'll be working in modern company offices, where employees have use of a dartboard and pool table, and they organise various team-building activities. Great training and support is on offer for the successful candidate.
You will be responsible for researching prospects, actively contacting them, and recording all activity and follow ups. You will build relationships with business leaders, prompting company services and ultimately looking to close sales.
You'll be fully trained in the Company mission and its products, commission is realistic and uncapped and is paid on top of a competitive basic salary.
Skills required:
Confident and a self-starter
Some sales experience advantageous, although training will be provided
Very good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner, happy to speak to senior business personnel all over the world
You'll have to be working towards monthly deadlines, be proactive and follow up on set actions in time
You'll have to have very good IT skills within MS Office and proactive use of Google is needed.
