Are you an experienced Sales Manager who is well versed in growing and developing successful sales teams? If you have a passion for Security and a strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, then look no further as this Home Counties Based Security consultancy needs you.
This well-established Security Consultancy has been supplying hardware and services to both Corporate and Public Sector since the early 00’s. They are now looking to grow the sales team and are looking for an experienced hand to take on the challenge. If you think, you have what it takes then read on.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience;-
• Ability to manage and develop an IT sales team
• Successfully Train and performance manage teams
• Have previously met and exceeded targets set
• A proven strong sales leadership background
• Build and execute on a strategy for growth across UK
• Develop and drive increase revenue through client acquisition and across the UK
• Coach and Mentor and the Sales team and technical account managers
• Experience in recruiting, developing and growing sales teams in IT
• Knowledge of the SMB/SME & Enterprise Markets
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure
