Job Type : Contract, Full Time

Salary : £12 – £16/hour

We are currently recruiting for a School Chef in Wigan

8am till 2pm

Monday to Friday – term time only

The successful candidate will be required to prepare of (Apply online only) meals per day.

Other duties include:

* To prepare and cook meals for children within agreed food and labour budgetary costs.

* To ensure compliance with food specification nutritional standards in accordance with relevant agreed set processes and procedures.

* To ensure all health and safety and food safety guidelines are strictly adhered to.

* To complete administrative procedure and paperwork to required standards.

* To supervise and organise catering staff under your jurisdiction.

The successful candidate will be required to have an enhanced DBS certificate for Children on the update service
