We are looking to add a talented, self-motivated Scrum Master / Agile Business Analyst – to our Digital eCommerce & Payments Team in Product and Technology Organisation We are seeking a talented and self-motivated systems analyst who has operated within a cross-functional product development environment. The role will be joining an agile team to help innovate, improve, and deliver all aspects of content delivery channels and enhance with new ideas how a digital platform can enable new business models for the Taylor & Francis digital portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:
* Facilitate backlog grooming, daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives. Ensure the teams understand the processes to achieve reliable and successful delivery of products.
* Guide the Scrum Team on increasing productivity and how to benefit from self-organising, focusing on the bigger picture and team results over individual results.
* Collaborate to estimate and coach others on story points, velocity, and the benefits of collecting data and being data driven.Working with other colleagues to identify and resolve inter-team dependencies.
* Understand technology solutions connecting business, technology, user, and customer requirements, collaborate with the Project Office and Architecture Teams.
* Convert requirements into user stories along with acceptance criteria, wireframe, and additional support documents.
* Help project sponsors and Product Owners to prioritise the user stories.
* Working closely with the business and Product Owners to ensure requirements are challenged, validated, and add business value and fit with competing business demands and priorities.
* Anticipate, identify, and manage risks & issues in accordance with programme policies, practices, and statements, escalating risks & issues to the appropriate management level or committee as necessary
