Lisa Wright Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Secretary to join a well-established, professional organisation based in Spalding, Lincolnshire. This is an ideal role for someone who has a background in secretarial/administrative roles who enjoys working in a busy, fast paced environment.
Secretary duties will include:
* Copy and audio typing of various correspondence
* Diary management
* Meeting arrangements
* Document management
* General administration (filing, scanning, printing)
To be considered for this Secretary role you will need:
* Previous experience as a Secretary or Senior Administrator
* Experience of working within a professional organisation
* An excellent working knowledge of MS Office
* A minimum typing speed of 65wpm with high accuracy
* Professional communication skills
* Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to work in a busy and demanding team.
