SEN Teaching Assistant

A popular, Outstanding school are now looking for a Teaching Assistant who has previous experience supporting children with special needs. As a mainstream Primary School, the still cater for children that do have additional needs such as minor autism, learning difficulties, dyslexia, as well as social and emotional mental health. The successful applicant will be working across classes as a teaching assistant supporting children with their academic curriculum, as well as their day to day activities and tasks.

Experience with TEACCH and SCERTS, PECs and Makaton is highly desirable.

The successful applicant, will be required to work Full-time, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 16:00pm) term time only and commit for the full academic year minimum.
