SEN Teaching Assistant – The Role
Tempest Education are looking to hire several SEN Teaching Assistants for full time, long term contracts at a secondary school in the London Borough of Greenwich to support pupils with special needs. Your main duties within this role will be to work 1:2:1 with students aged 11-18 that have a variety of needs including ASD, SpLD and SEMH. The school require somebody with a passion for education along with a vibrant personality in order to build an instant rapport with all children they work with. Ideally, candidates will have a DBS check on the update service and be ready to start immediately.
SEN Teaching Assistant – The School
This is a single sex boys school recently graded ‘good’ at Ofsted located in Greenwich and caters for students aged 11-18. The school ideally want an SEN Teaching Assistant to start straight away. They currently have around 1400 pupils on roll and have been most recently graded ‘good’ at Ofsted. The school is a short bus away from Woolwich DLR station but would be better suited to a driver or somebody that lives in the local area.
