Breakfast chef required for a Hotel in the Lake district area, with Live in available. This is a Breakfast chef role, with a team of 4 in Breakfast. £24k salary. The Breakfast is of a good standard within this Hotel.
The role
We are looking for a Breakfast Chef to manage a small team for Breakfast. You will ensure the breakfast is ready in time, the dishes that cooked to order are of the high standard, the breakfast prep is ready for the next day and supporting the kitchen with the lunches etc. This role will include all the normal Breakfast chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a Senior Breakfast chef who is either a senior chef de partie, junior sous chef or a current breakfast chef with a background as a senior chef de partie or above. You will be very organised and able to manage a small team.
