Senior Business Analyst

Home working with occasional travel to head office in East Sussex.

You will be responsible for the creation of detailed business analysis for multiple large scale projects, managing a team of Business Analysts to evaluate current business systems and processes against customer and operational needs.

Direct line management of Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join an expanding programmes and change team. Company employs c3000 people. Your role will including reviewing, analysing and evaluating large complex business systems, processes and user needs. You will have experience of formulating system solutions that are parallel with the overall business strategies.

The role

·To undertake assigned projects and change and see such projects and changes through to completion in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner.

·To translate user requirements into detailed specifications.

·Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that delivered systems are both technically sustainable and meet the business need.

·To develop and deliver to the implementation plans for business process changes.

·Publication of high-quality business requirements and functional specifications.

·To analyse existing business processes in order to identify alternative solutions and recommend new approaches.

Required experience

·Significant experience working as a Business Analyst within an Agile environment

·Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting business processes.

·Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications for Information Systems.

·Knowledge of business processes and service delivery in an insurance or similar financial services environment.
