Senior Dairy Feed Sales Executive

DESCRIPTION:
A Yorkshire Animal Feed manufacturing company with brand image for feed quality, personal customer service and technical support seeks a dairy feed executive. The company is able to offer dairy and beef farmers a broad full portfolio of compounds and blends from its manufacturing mill site.
Candidates will need to have a good practical dairy cow and cattle livestock skills as well as full knowledge of the major drivers affecting the dairy, beef and sheep industries. There is already some existing accounts of key dairy and beef farmers to take over.
Enthusiastic candidates will be capable of demonstrating their technical ability in front of livestock farmers. Successful candidates will need to handle some of the company’s larger dairy and beef accounts as well promoting the company’s quality range of ruminant diets; notwithstanding a successful track record of sales to livestock farms would be helpful in application for this role. In a changing livestock industry, individuals will need to be self-starting and dynamic that can win farmer confidence with their farm gate business empathy.
Consideration will also be given to herds persons or graduates with an outgoing personality residing in the designated territory. Applicants will need to have first class experience & knowledge of both dairy cows and the relevant dairy industry. Candidates will need to be numerate, excellent communications skills and have the determination to win and succeed
REMUNERATION:
A significant basic salary awaits for experienced candidates along with car and company benefits.
