About the Role
As an Event Senior Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional events—from Graduations and conferences to exhibitions. You’ll take charge of both large-scale productions and more intimate gatherings, ensuring every detail runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations.
What You’ll Do:
* Client Liaison: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, make creative suggestions, and elevate their event experience.
* Event Oversight: Confidently oversee multiple events simultaneously, ensuring all logistics and catering are flawlessly executed.
* Team Leadership: Brief, coordinate, and inspire your team to deliver top-notch service with professionalism and enthusiasm.
* Hands-On Supervision: Dive into the action by assisting with event setups, managing deliveries, and ensuring everything is in perfect order.
* Problem Solver: Think on your feet and make “on-the-spot” decisions to guarantee client satisfaction.
* Health & Safety Champion: Monitor compliance with all health and safety regulations, addressing any issues proactively.
