This role sits within our stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menu's. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK.
Your key responsibilities as Senior Finance Assistant will consist of:
– Raising Invoices and tracking Credit Control
– Raising Estimates, Logging Invoices and checking supplier statements
– Logging Cash Sales and Deposits to internal system
– Submitting Payroll on MyView
– Preparation of monthly stock takes
– Preparation of weekly departmental forecasting
– Weekly actual to forecast analysis
– Assist with client/customer queries
– Ad hoc duties as specified by Finance Manager
Profile: The experience and knowledge we are looking for from our future Senior Finance Assistant include:
– Experience working within an accounts department
– Good numeracy skills
– Strong Excel skills
– Take ownership of delegated tasks
– Ability to work on own initiative
