About the Role

As a Senior Insight Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering market-leading insight presentations to internal teams, growers, and customers. You’ll take a strategic approach to shopper marketing within the company’s core retail partners, developing strong relationships and using insights to drive joint strategic business plans in line with UK opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Insight Leadership: Develop and deliver engaging, insight-driven presentations for internal stakeholders and external customers.

* Strategic Influence: Generate actionable insights to drive business decisions, delivering recommendations through both regular and ad hoc reports.

* Customer Collaboration: Present insights to key stakeholders, including senior customer contacts, to build strategic alignment.

* Shopper Marketing Strategy: Take the lead on customer marketing strategies, ensuring data-led execution in collaboration with the marketing team.

Retail Exposure

* Engage in customer-facing meetings, providing direct insight and marketing support to leading UK retailers.

* Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies for retail customers, supporting the marketing team in delivering data-driven plans.

Essential:

* Strong presentation and storytelling skills

* Creative and analytical mindset with an ability to translate data into meaningful insights

* Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

* A passion for continuous learning and innovative thinking

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Desirable:

* Experience in category management within an FMCG environment
