Senior Project Manager – Cut & Carve – Central London Projects – Main Contractor.
Henry Martin are working with a dynamic, growing SME Main Contractor, in their search for a driven and proven Senior Project Manager.
Our client works across both the private and public sectors, with much of their work coming from repeat clients. Project values range between £5Mil – £25Mil, across new build and cut & carve schemes. They heavily invest in the future of the business, staff training and professional development.
The initial project to deliver is a newly awarded £10Mil cut & carve scheme, in the city of London.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will have full autonomy for the delivery of this construction cut & carve project. Leading from the front, you will manage a project team, ensuring perfect delivery is executed and you will be the main liaison with the client and professional team.
Your background will include a strong track record of delivering successful £5Mil+ cut & carve and new build projects within London, working for a reputable main contractor. Your drive, leadership qualities and commitment to deliver quality will be some of your key attributes. You will have either a construction related degree and/or a trade background.
