Senior Quantity Surveyor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £75000 – £85000/annum package
Henry Martin have just taken instructions to assist a privately-owned, building contractor based in Portsmouth to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor with new build experience. Due to the ongoing growth and recent success, our client is looking to grow and strengthen their commercial department to work on a number of new build tenders, whilst managing a £10m new build project.
Our client is an established contractor who have been successfully delivering projects across the private and public sectors for 50+ years maintaining strong relationships with all their clients.
As the senior quantity surveyor, you will embrace the company ethos and strive to maintain their long-standing working relationships with existing clients and helping to develop new clients by delivering projects above expectations.
As an experienced senior quantity surveyor with a proven track record, you will ideally have a quantity surveying degree/ construction related degree, working for a similar sized business.
