Senior Quantity Surveyor – Central London
Henry Martin Recruitment have just been instructed on an excellent opportunity, working for a medium sized main contractor that are known for delivering successful projects across the commercial, residential and industrial market including new build and refurbishment projects.
Our client has an annual turnover in excess of £40m with on-going plans to grow, allowing each employee to develop their own personal career offering a clear path for progression. Our client is known for their high staff retention, making it an all-round enjoyable place to work.
Due to the success on a number of tenders, our client has an immediate need for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work across two new projects. The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor, will be familiar of the full financial process on site, having full autonomy, accountability and responsibility.
