Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary : £75000 – £85000/annum Package
Henry Martin have just been instructed on behalf of a highly respected, financially secure Tier 1 Main Contactor, to assist them in their search for a driven and tenacious Senior Quantity Surveyor, to support their commercial team.
Due to their continued success with new project wins and tenders, an opportunity has become available to recruit a lead Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Our client works across various sectors including Commercial, Healthcare, Leisure, Education, Mixed-use and Residential. Project values range between £20M- £100M+, with much of the work having an enjoyment factor, challenge or both. They heavily invest in the future of the business, staff training and professional development and have very high staff retention.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, the initial project you will be leading, will be a £40m mixed-used development, in the heart of London. The project will consist of residential, retail and health care facilities.
