Due to new project wins and a strong pipeline of work, Henry Martin are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor, on behalf of our client, who are a market leading Main Contractor.
They specialise in building across the new build and refurbishment markets. The successful candidate will take the lead, and successfully deliver a 45m mixed-use development in Central London.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full ownership and accountability for the delivery of the project and client liaison. The position will report to a visiting Senior Commercial Manager.

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a minimum of 12 years’ experience working for a top 10 main contactor or developer. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will ideally have a surveying, or construction related degree, and previous experience leading commercial teams on site.
