My client is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. They are a small high end bespoke residential developer who cover sites all over the Hertfordshire and London area and after starting back up after the pandemic they are looking to expand their team.
About the opportunity:
My client is currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in new build residential housing and apartments. As part of this opportunity, you will be expected to be able to run projects through from early pre-construction stages to final handover managing in the main commercial as well as some technical and project management elements of the job.
Well-rounded experience in commercial, technical and project delivery is key with a diverse construction background delivering traditional build, RC Frame and timber frame projects. You will be working alongside an experienced commercial team with an impressive track record of delivering projects on time, to spec and on budget.
This opportunity has the potential to evolve rapidly and will allow you the chance to grow with the company. About the benefits and rewards:
A basic salary of up to £75,000 per annum plus bonus and company benefits.
