Key Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations
Lead the team and oversee service in the Head Chef’s absence
Maintain exceptional quality & consistency in every dish
Train & develop the kitchen brigade
Control wastage & food costs to ensure efficiency
Foster a strong relationship between the kitchen & front-of-house teams
About You
Proven experience as a Senior Sous or Sous Chef
Strong leadership & communication skills
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
Passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
