As a Senior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and play an integral role in the preparation of high-quality dishes. You should have a passion for food and a strong desire to learn and grow in your career. Our client’s menu showcases classic English dishes made with locally sourced ingredients and our aim is to provide an exceptional dining experience to all our guests. You’ll support the Head Chef with running the kitchen during normal service, events and banqueting to give you a diverse job. You’ll be involved in menu creation while getting the chance to source the best ingredients from local providers to deliver high standard food.
