The salary for a Senior Sous Chef is:
£30,000- £34,000 per annum
The working days for a Senior Sous Chef are:
Full time: 4 days over 7
The roles as a Senior Sous Chef are:
You will be responsible for working alongside Head Chef to manage daily kitchen activities
Overseeing staff and supervise kitchen staff
Aiding with menu prepartion
Ensuring food quality and freshness
Monitoring and ordering stock
