Following the success of its first site in Oxfordshire, Mollie’s has been working hard behind the scenes developing the next generation of its rapidly expanding pipeline and is now on the hunt for an experienced Sous Chef to join its latest high volume 150 cover diner in Bristol and build a successful career with an inventive, high growth brand at the forefront of the hospitality sector.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
At Mollie’s, our Sous Chefs must be food obsessed, dedicated to exceeding guest expectations, focused on training and developing within a high performing kitchen team to achieve agreed KPIs, controls, and high standards;
You will be a dynamic team member, expected to train and develop within a team of up to 15 people. You need to be driven, thrive under pressure, and have an acute attention to detail.
You will ensure that the Mollie’s high food standards and operational procedures are always adequately maintained;
You will work closely with the Head Chef to implement new processes and initiatives, constantly creating new opportunities and recommendations to improve the business.
We are looking for candidates who are articulate, well organised, and passionate about their work. You must have an eagerness to learn and build an exciting career with a fast growing, leading hospitality business.
We require a minimum of three years’ experience as a Chef, and ideally have experience opening a new restaurant.
