SEO Account Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £45000/annum £40,000 – £45,000
You will be working for a high growth and ambitious marketing agency that deliver online marketing solutions for business owners wanting to scale their business and increase online leads, enquiries, sales and customer engagement.
They provide their clients clarity by simplifying the digital landscape via their core services which are – SEO, PPC , Paid Social and Content marketing.
The SEO Account Manager will be responsible for the onboarding of new clients, assisting with benchmarking, auditing and gap analysis for potential SEO clients whilst implementing best practice SEO strategies with ROI at the forefront of clients needs.
As an SEO Account Manager, your role will encompass a full 360 SEO approach.
Your key tasks will include
• Assisting with the development & implementation of onsite, offsite and content strategies.
• Coordinating content assignments with internal and external team members. • Review technical SEO issues and fix accordingly
• Analyse client website performance and deliver client reporting in line with the business needs
• Maintain strong communication inline with SEO clients to nurture, upsell and maintain high customer service and maximise department retention
• Work closely with commercials teams to assist with pitch assignments to win new business
Requirements & Skills
• Minimum of 2 years in house or agency experience
• Working familiarity with relevant tools (eg Screaming Frog, SEM Rush,Moz and other web analytics tools)
• Highly competent user of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
• Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written), you need to be able to hold your own and be an active participant in group settings, and can interact with all levels of management and personnel both internally and externally.
• Strong writer, equally versatile in professional and creative writing and can adapt tone style, grammar, vocabulary, etc. based on audience
• A proactive thinker who actively seeks opportunities to learn, grow and produce What we want
