This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an experienced SEO Executive, to join a leading company based in beautiful Henley on Thames.
Working within a leading Web Design and Development company, you will play a crucial role in optimising client's websites to enhance online visibility, organic search rankings, and overall digital presence. As an SEO Executive, you will collaborate closely with our talented marketing team to develop and implement effective SEO strategies.

Key responsibilities for the SEO Executive include:

Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant, high-traffic search terms.
Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and on-page elements to improve organic rankings.
Analyse and report on website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEO platforms.
Monitor and track website traffic, ranking, and conversion metrics, providing regular performance reports.
Work with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all website content.
Identify and address technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed optimization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure effective SEO strategies.
Assist in developing link-building strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate SEO strategies with other digital marketing initiatives, including social media and content marketing.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to clients' marketing challenges.
Support in creating SEO proposals and presentations for potential clients, as needed.
About you
In order to be successful in your application for the SEO Executive position, you should have:

Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role, preferably within a creative agency environment.
Solid understanding of SEO principles, best practices, and the latest trends in search engine algorithms.
Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
Familiar with content management systems (CMS) and website development processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex SEO concepts to clients and internal teams.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
