Central recruitment are currently looking for w Service Delivery Officer to join a well established company in the Burnley area.

As a Service Delivery Co-Ordinator you will play a key role within the business creating the bridge between the funders we partner with and the schools we work with – and as we grow to reach more schools this role is critical to sustaining our future plans.

You’ll be highly motivated, self-driven and confident with a passion for customer service. In the role you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with all of our stakeholders, engaging some of the biggest names in engineering. You will help to share their excitement and passion with the schools you recruit owning the end-to-end delivery of the contract.

For this role we are on the lookout for individuals passionate about making a difference for young people and inspired by the aims and aspirations we have.

Key responsibilities:

· Providing up to date and accurate information to our funding partners

· Recruiting and supporting schools throughout their programme

· Problem solving challenges faced by schools to ensure pupils are inspired by engineering

· Day to day management of schools across a large region at multiple stages within our programmes

· Ensuring information is accurate and up to date, sharing key changes quickly and effectively

· Providing reports back to the business and funders upon completion of the programme

The ideal candidate will have:

· At least 1 year experience as an Account Manager or other customer-focused role is essential for you to be successful in this role.

· Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to listen and communicate credibly and effectively both verbally and in writing.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting targets within required timeframes.

· Excellent organisational skills multi-tasking multiple contracts at the same time.

· Good digital skills with Microsoft 365, Excel and Outlook and experience of using a CRM system is desirable.

· Confidence in seeking out new schools to partner with us.

Hours of work are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
